1. Use of the App
Playlink is a mobile web browser designed to provide a clean, fast, and secure browsing experience. By using this app, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Safe Content Filter (SCF)
Safe Content Filter (SCF) helps reduce exposure to intrusive pop-up ads, suspicious redirects, and potentially harmful websites. SCF filters certain website behaviors but does not guarantee complete protection from all online threats.
3. Extensions
Playlink supports Extensions that enhance browsing functionality. Extensions may run JavaScript code when a website is loaded in order to modify or improve how the website behaves or is displayed.
Extension scripts are executed within the context of the loaded website and may interact with webpage content. Extensions do not access personal device data, system files, or sensitive user information.
Users are responsible for enabling and using extensions. Playlink is not responsible for the behavior, accuracy, or impact of extension-provided scripts on third-party websites.
4. No Warranty
Playlink is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Playlink shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of third-party websites or extension-provided scripts.
6. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
02. Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
Playlink does not collect, store, or share personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or browsing history. All navigation data is processed locally on your device.
2. Browsing Data Safety
Websites and extensions running within Playlink cannot access your personal files or sensitive device information through the browser engine. Your filesystem remains isolated.
3. Third-Party Websites
Playlink may load content from third-party websites. These websites operate under their own privacy policies, and Playlink is not responsible for their data collection practices.
4. Advertising & Monetization
To provide Playlink as a free service, we utilize Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app.
These ads are integrated natively into the app's navigation and UI components. While Playlink itself does not collect personal data, Google AdMob may collect and use information (such as your Device ID or limited location data) to serve relevant advertising in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Security
We use reasonable security measures to help protect users, but no internet transmission method is completely secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
Playlink is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
